Inland Northwest Machine Quilters Guild - Company Message

Inland Northwest Machine Quilters

Inland Northwest Machine Quilters (INMQ) is located in Spokane, Washington and is a non-profit organization.

Our mission is to promote the art of machine quilting through education and fellowship. Our members come from Washington, Idaho, Montana and Canada.

Membership is open to anyone who is interested in the art of machine quilting.  Hobby quilters, quilters who use domestic sewing machines, quilt artists, and those who quilt for pleasure and/or business are welcome to join.

Our group of machines quilters meets five times a year.

At every general meeting we include "Did you Know?" topics and discussion, "Tips, Tricks or Techniques" presentations by our members, feedback from attendees on "How Do I Quilt This?" and Show & Tell. We have guest lecturers, demonstrations, and announcements of new products with our opinions included.

Our group is a gold mine for all machine quilters. Professional quilting teachers come at least once a year to give seminars, workshops and lectures at very reasonable prices. This provides everyone some exposure to additional education if the larger national conferences are not feasible to attend.

New members are always welcome!

See the Events page for a list of fairs where INMQ awards ribbons for machine quilting.
